Billing FAQ

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Click 'Change Plan' and select your new plan. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Cancel Plan'. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. Click 'Add Card' to add a new card, then set it as your default payment method.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in Settings > Billing > Invoice History. You can download them as PDFs for your records.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry the payment and notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, your account will be downgraded to the free plan after 7 days.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled but are not refunded for partial months.

Can I get an annual discount?

Yes! Annual plans include 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing in your billing settings.

Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?

Yes, we offer special pricing for verified startups and registered non-profit organizations. Contact us at sales@chatmefy.com to apply.
