General Settings

Bot Name

The display name shown to visitors in the chat widget

Bot Avatar

Profile image shown next to bot messages

Example: Upload custom image or use generated avatar

Description

Internal description for your team (not visible to visitors)

Example: Main website support bot

Status

Enable or disable the bot on your website

Example: Active / Inactive

Conversation Settings

Welcome Message

The first message visitors see when they open the chat. Make it warm and inviting.

Best Practices:
