Prerequisites

  • Salesforce Edition

    Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited edition required

  • API Access

    API access must be enabled for your org

  • User Permissions

    Connected user needs Create/Edit permissions on target objects

Setup Steps

    Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce

    Open the Salesforce integration settings

    Click 'Connect Salesforce'

    Choose Production or Sandbox environment

    Log in to Salesforce

    Use your Salesforce credentials to authenticate

    Grant OAuth Permissions

    Allow Chatmefy to access your Salesforce org

    Select Object Type

    Choose Lead, Contact, or Custom Object
